About Event

Oculus 2019 is the Annual techno-cultural festival of Sardar Patel Institute of Technology (S.P.I.T.), Andheri which shall be held from 18th to 20th January.

Oculus is the collaboration of our official Technical festival, Matrix and Cultural festival, Udaan which share a history of 6 years. Therefore, we provide the best of two worlds at the topmost Engineering college in Mumbai, S.P.I.T.

With an expected footfall of 8000+ people, we started with a mission to engage with the hidden creativity among all of us. Since then, it has been a huge success with a host of performing, literary, fun, technical and robotic events being organised every year.

Having collaborated with the Ratna Nidhi Charitable Trust, we would also be raising funds for the amputees, landmine and terror attack victims for the overall development of the society. Link for their website: https://ratnanidhi.org

The synergy between Technological Developments and Cultural Activities is well depicted by our events like TEDx SPIT, Hackathon, S.P.I.T. MUN, Open Mic, Concert, Robo Carnival, and other 24 events. With such events, audience and in-house campus footfall of 20,000+, we are sure to create a great Marketing opportunity as well.
